Tech Pilot Draw by British Columbia inviting 81 candidates

Tech Pilot Draw by British Columbia held on 26th January inviting 81 applicants to submit the application from the province. It is the second draw of British Columbia of 2021 inviting the candidates under the province of British Columbia. 

British Columbia PNP draw results 

Candidates who are invited under Skilled Worker and International Graduate streams need a minimum of 80 scores to be invited. These streams lie under the Express Entry British Columbia category. Likewise, Skilled workers and International graduates under the British Columbia Skills Immigration category need minimum scores of 80 to be invited. 

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have an active federal Express Entry profile. Candidates must have a valid job offer as well which should be at least 12 months in duration. To be eligible in the Tech Pilot draw, a job offer must be from the employer in British Columbia under the following occupations:

  • Telecommunication carriers managers;
  • Computer and information systems managers;
  • Managers – publishing, motion pictures, broadcasting, and performing arts;
  • Civil engineers;
  • Mechanical engineers;
  • Electrical and electronics engineers;
  • Chemical engineers;
  • Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers);
  • Information systems analysts and consultants;
  • Database analysts and data administrators;
  • Software engineers and designers;
  • Computer programmers and interactive media developers;
  • Web designers and developers;
  • Biological technologists and technicians;
  • Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians;
  • Electronic service technicians (household and business equipment);
  • Industrial instrument technicians and mechanics;
  • Computer network technicians;
  • User support technicians;
  • Information systems testing technicians;
  • Authors and writers;
  • Editors;
  • Translators, terminologists, and interpreters;
  • Broadcast technicians;
  • Audio and video recording technicians;
  • Other technical and co-ordinating occupations in motion pictures, broadcasting, and the performing arts;
  • Support occupations in motion pictures, broadcasting, photography, and the performing arts;
  • Graphic designers and illustrators;
  • Technical sales specialists – wholesale trade
