Queensland Business and Skilled Migration, State Nomination Program

According to a recent update by Australia, the Queensland Business and Skilled Migration State Nomination program will remain suspended. It will remain suspended until the measures are announced in the Federal budget. 

Business Innovation and Investment Program 

Although the business program is suspended from processing, the business applicants can submit an Expression of Interest. The applicants will not receive an invitation or be assessed at this point. Processing resumption will be done after further notice. 

Only those applications will be assessed who submitted Expression of Interest from 29th September to 5th October. 

We as an immigration consultants will suggest our clients not to submit Expression of Interest. As the Skilled Program is suspended till further notice so no EOI will be considered or picked. We should also mention here that limited nomination allocations are for this round. We will advise you to wait for the reopening of the skilled program.
