Ontario Provincial Nomination for International students
Ontario Employer Job Offer International Student Stream is operational now for a Provincial Nomination which is a pathway to permanent residence. International students with job offers can apply for Permanent Residence through Provincial Nomination. From 26th November 2020, the OINP is now accepting applications under Ontario Employer Job Offer International Student Stream.
The stream will open according to the time that will be mentioned at the Government website as windows open just for a short time. Applicants with current job offers and employer form must be invited. It is expected that the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program will launch the Expression of Interest System in 2021. This will help to manage numerous applications timely. To prevent further Registrations after reaching the intake limit, the system will automatically stop.

Also, be careful about the correct format while entering your date of birth.
No registration for the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream will be accepted as this registration window is specified only for the Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream.
Also, please do not confuse it with Masters Graduate Stream.
Eligibility
To apply under this stream job offer must be current and it should not be pending. The job offer must be a supportive document which has an effective and definitive start date. The most recent version of the employer form is required by OINP which must be completed not before 26 November 2020. Employer form must be submitted in six months from the date of signing. Given information must be current and the job offer should be current otherwise it would be considered as incomplete.
Successfully registered candidates have 14 days to submit the application. Information submitted in the employer form should be accurate and the employer’s business is currently compliant.
One of the following documents for eligibility under the Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream.
A degree that takes one year to complete if a study on the basis of full-time and for admission requirement requires a complete degree.
Or
A degree that takes two years to complete on a full-time basis.
More than half of the studies must be completed while you are living and studying in Canada.
