Human Capital Priorities Stream

This system demands applicants must have an Express Entry Profile with Comprehensive Ranking Scores of minimum 400 with the willingness to settle in Ontario. Candidates must have work experience in Occupation on a National Occupation Classification level 0, A and B. Ontario PNP processing time to assess applications is 60 to 90 days although it can vary from case to case which depends on the clear application.
French-speaking Skilled Worker Stream
French-speaking Skilled Worker Stream is under Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program for French-speaking skilled workers who want to live and work permanently in Ontario. To be eligible under this stream applicant must have a valid profile in IRCC’s Express Entry system and receive Notification of Interest from Ontario which is a pathway to permanent residence. Applicant must have to apply online through the OINP e-filing portal with an application fee of $1500 with all the supporting documents.

Foreign Workers with a Job Offer Stream
Foreign Workers with a Job Offer Stream is for the candidates who have a permanent full-time job offer under NOC 0, A or B for the international candidates and the people already working must have greater wage than the current with the two consecutive years of experience with the intention to settle in Ontario. It is for the candidates who live outside Canada or if working in Canada but must be outside Ontario.

International Students Masters Graduate Stream
International Students Masters Graduate Stream which gives international graduates with an Ontario master’s degree the opportunity to apply to permanently live and work in Ontario and the applicant must have a degree from an eligible university in Ontario with CLB 7 or higher.
International Students PhD Graduate Stream
International Students PhD Graduate Stream in which eligible PhD graduates do not need a job offer to apply and the applicant must be residing in Ontario atleast 12 of the 24 months before the application submission date with the sufficient funds with strong ties to Ontario.

Entrepreneur Stream
Entrepreneur Stream a stream under Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program which is for the entrepreneurs outside of Canada willing to start a new business or buying an existing business in the province of Ontario to become the permanent resident in Ontario. First of all the candidate register an Expression of Interest by submitting an online application then attend a mandatory in-person interview at the OINP office in Toronto and if the application is successful, the applicant can sign a performance agreement. Then temporary work permits support letter so that applicant apply to IRCC for temporary work. Applicant has 20 months to implement a business plan and submit a final report to establish business and if the business meets all the requirements with all the documentation nomination for permanent residence is granted.
