Manitoba PNP draw 206 invited for immigration held 2nd time in October, issuing 206 invites for immigration. Invited candidates can apply for a provincial nomination which is eventually a pathway to permanent residence. This recent draw was held on 22nd October and invitations are sent under the following three streams of the Manitoba PNP draw 206 206 invited for the immigration system. 

• Skilled Workers in Manitoba

161 Letters of Advice to Apply are issued with a minimum score of at least 375. 

•  International Education Stream

30 Letters of Advice to Apply are issued with no Expression of Interest score requirement. 

• Skilled Workers Overseas

15 Letters of Advice issued with a minimum score of at least 771. 

Express Entry Manitoba

Out of total invitations for Immigration, 22 went to Express Entry candidates. Only those candidates are invited who have Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code. Along with this work experience in an occupation on Manitoba’s In-demand Occupation list. 

Manitoba PNP draw 206 invited for immigrationa has issued 4,068 invitations to PNP candidates in 2020. 

Those candidates who receive a provincial nomination are given additional 600 CRS scores. Then candidates are issued with Invitation to Apply (ITA) from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Manitoba Expression of Interest system

Interested candidates have to register an Expression of Interest with the Manitoba PNP draw 206 invited for immigration to receive an LAA through the Skilled Workers Overseas and Skilled Workers in Manitoba. Candidates are ranked out of 1,000 based on human capital characteristics. Which includes Language Skills, Work experience, education, Manitoba connections, and other factors. 

Manitoba Immigration Streams 

In the Skilled Workers in Manitoba and Skilled Workers Overseas Category, the province of Manitoba can nominate skilled workers needed for Manitoba labor market needs. People must have to demonstrate a connection to Manitoba. This connection could be through previous work experience in Manitoba, family or friends ties with the province, or an invitation under one of the MPNP’s recruitment initiatives. 

Physical presence in Manitoba is not needed for eligibility. 

Skilled workers in Manitoba must have a full-time job offer from an employer in Manitoba. 

Graduates with in-demand skills from an institution in Manitoba may receive a Letter of Advice under the International Education Stream.
