International students for the 2021 study session in Australia
The Federal Government of Australia is to limit the arrival of international students for study sessions 2021 in Australia. This announcement is the result of the meetings between State and Federal Governments which are held to deal with the COVID-19 crises. Even those states are reluctant now which were considered most welcoming for international students.

New South Wales, Queensland, and Western Australia are turning half for international arrival. The total arrival would be 2,500 per week in the above-mentioned states. South Australia will receive 600 and Victoria will receive 1,120 international arrivals weekly. First priority will be given to the people with Australian resident permits and currently, almost 36,000 Australian residents are on the waiting list. Previously the New South Wales Government has planned to bring 1,000 students to Sydney weekly. But the COVID-19 affected this plan. Victoria state used to welcome around 100,000 international candidates over the year but the state has failed to bring back the international students. Due to some local outbreak and certain pressure, even flight for 300 international students is also delayed.
To bring international students to study in Australia one flight came to Charles Darwin University successfully which was a group of 63 students.
