COVID-19 Concessions

The Department of Home Affairs has approved a number of COVID-19 concessions to support immigration in Australia. COVID-19 concessions are approved from 19 September 2020 to support temporary and provisional visa holders. Especially for those who are impacted by the aftereffects of the pandemic like travel restrictions and closed borders.

Concessions apply on

COVID-19 concession applies on Temporary Graduate subclass 485, Business Innovation and Investment subclass 888, Skilled Regional subclass 887 and Safe Haven Enterprise subclass 790 visas.

Priority Migration Skilled Occupation List (PMSOL) updated

There is a new Priority Migration Skilled Occupation List introduced earlier. PMSOL is containing 17 occupations with a focus on critical skills and sectors. It includes the health care, construction, and IT sectors which are considered critical after the pandemic outbreak.

New Citizenship Test
