2 PNP draws in one day By British Columbia on February 16, 2021, issuing a total of 494 invitations. The biggest one is with 459 invitations and went to applicants across five of British Columbia’s Skills Immigration and Express Entry Immigration Streams.
Minimum Cut-off scores
In the first and largest draw, there are 459 invitations issued. Candidates under Express Entry BC categories (EEBC) with minimum CRS scores of 104 for Skilled Workers and 94 for International Graduates.
Candidates with British Columbia Skills Immigration categories are invited with minimum scores of 98 under the Skilled Worker stream. Then 94 minimum scores for International Graduate Stream and 85 for Entry level and Semi-Skilled stream.
This draw was held after the suspension of 31 occupations which were held in tourism, hospitality, and retail-related industries. These suspensions were in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and introduced in March 2020.
Second Draw
British Columbia’s second draw held on 16th February again in the response to the current labor market needs. Candidates are invited to hospitality occupations, retail and wholesale trade managers, and Restaurant and Foodservice manager. Almost 35 invitations are issued to the Immigration candidates.

Candidates under British Columbia Skills Immigration Categories are invited with minimum scores of 120 for Skilled Worker Stream and 120 for International Graduate Stream.
